Contract plans have a minimum term to give your website and our services enough time to work: 12 months for Get Found, and 6 months for Never Miss a Call, Full Service and the founding offer. The minimum isn't a promise of results: a new site usually takes months to build visibility on Google, and follow-up and reports need a few months to give a full picture. After the minimum it's month to month. Prefer flexibility? Every plan has a no-contract option at a higher price that you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and Get Found also has a $0-down option at $169/mo for the first 12 months, then $119/mo, with the same 12-month minimum. Just ask and we'll give you the no-contract prices. The founding offer is contract only.

Yes. You can move up a plan whenever you're ready by paying the standard setup fee for the new plan, and your monthly price changes to the new plan's price. Setup fees aren't waived or credited on upgrades.

We register your domain in your business's name at no charge, so it's yours, and it stays with you if you leave. We build, host and run the website for you as part of your plan. If you leave and want to keep the website itself (its design and files), there's a one-time buyout of $2,499 + HST, the same on every plan, once all fees owed are settled. Missed-call text-back, follow-up, Google Business Profile upkeep and review requests are monthly services only, so they end when you leave unless you keep paying for them.

Yes. Every plan includes basic on-page SEO: clear page titles and descriptions, your business details and a map, set up for local Google search. For ongoing work, our Local SEO add-on covers, each month, up to 4 Google Business Profile posts, 1 new service or service-area page, 3 new directory listings, keyword tuning for up to 5 target keywords and a monthly work and visibility report. It costs $349/month with no setup fee on a 3-month minimum, plus HST, and a no-contract option is available. You can add it to any plan or get it on its own. SEO results usually take 3–6 months, and we don't promise any particular ranking, because no one honestly can.

Replying to someone who just called or contacted you is generally fine. Marketing texts and emails are covered by Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), so we set up your messages to identify your business, include an easy opt-out and only go to people who have a reason to hear from you.
